PARC Reston will build 2 residential towers on the space where the apartments currently are located.

Midtown / KSI will construct 3 additional multi use residential / commercial buildings. This project will not begin sooner than 2011

Lerner will be re-developing the Spectrum Shopping center from what is currently a commercial development into a mixed use space to include 1,442 residential units and 790,000 sq ft for office and retail. The current location of Best Buy will be replaced by two high rise residential buidlings and two office space buildings each to be 15 floors. 5,251 parking spaces will accompany the new developments. Two more towers will be built in the Harris Teeter shopping center. Harris Teeter may opt to expand into the Office Depot space there by gaining a third more space.
